Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India) We offer standard shipping across India at a flat rate of ₹379. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations at a flat rate of ₹1,800. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Regulatory Compliance Certain pharmaceutical and healthcare products may be subject to import/export restrictions depending on the destination country. PATEL FARMA complies with all applicable regulations. We reserve the right to cancel orders for products that cannot be legally shipped to your location.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
